Welcome to One for all. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and delivered under normal conditions within 4 to 5 business days.

Exceptional Delays: In rare situations, such as temporary inventory shortages or supply sourcing, delivery times may extend up to a maximum of 10 business days.

2. Return and Exchange Policy
Reporting Window & Procedure: We accept returns and exchanges for any reason, provided you inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us within a strict maximum of 24 hours from delivery via WhatsApp or email. Requests sent after 24 hours will not be honored.

Card Refunds: For purchases paid via credit or debit card, refunds are processed back to the original card within 14 days.

Fast Refund via InstaPay: As a faster alternative, refunds can be sent via InstaPay, subject to a 4% processing deduction from the total refund amount.
